In the 80s our mothers were married off to our fathers without them knowing or seeing each other at first; still at that, such marriages last longer. There was hardly a case of divorce then. Wot our mothers looks out for then is the abilities of their would be husband, is he a good farmer? wrestler? etc. Coming down to the 21st century it's an entirely different ball game all together; once the guy has all the money to spend and he is PRINCE CHARMING then he is game for the ladies. This is one of the major factor while marriages and relationship of nowadays don't last. Instead of the ladies to study and know the abilities of their fiancé, they are wadling around town with him singing it to who cares to listen that my guy is cute, he is caring, he spends extravagantly on me, he takes me clubbing and shopping, we do go to the movies together; To me that's madness and for all i care a deadly monster can be behind that prince charming and his money. to make matters worst most ladies don't know what their husband or fiance does for a living, wot's on their lips is this ' who cares about what he does for a living; so far the money keeps flowing in am game for him. Every Dick and Harry knows that divorce is a song we all know how to sing. Most high society and celebrity marriages are contracted, once the contract has been executed, divorce pop in it's head. Nearly 10% of our high society weeding lives up to ten years why becos you are rich, am rich who will bow to the other? Some guys are now dancing to the tune of the ladies, they prefer wearing the latest designer just to attract the ladies; if you approach such guys for a penny, wot you will hear is 'guy i no get shingbai' is that not stupidity of the highest order? Wot is the essence of me dressing glamorous when my pocket is as dry as a desert? A worthy guy is hard working, smart, clean, observant, respect his woman and always dress simple. All the Blings, Efizy and Paparazzi are mere attractions, if u fall for him because of his money, then prepare your pussy to pay the price, because hardly will u see a guy that is spending on a lady and won't demand sex.
